1. Are all of your items
handmade?
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, yes all items
are handmade by me.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we gladly ship internationally. We use Australia post Airmail
with the option of insurance. Insurance is recommended on most
items but is optional.
3. Do you combine
shipping?
Yes, the shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the
total weight of your basket. We input a weight amount for each
item then it is calculated at the checkout. We use Australia post
and are guided by their weight charges.
4. Do you take custom
orders?
Yes, we love custom orders and we are only too happy to work
with you to create something unique just for you.
5. What currency
do you use?
We are based in Australia, so all prices are in Australian dollars.
Please use the Currency converter provided on the left of screen
to work out the currency conversion for your own country.
6. How do I pay and do
you take credit cards?
If you are an Australian resident and would prefer to do a direct
bank deposit just email me for the details. Otherwise, we accept
any major credit card through the Paypal checkout system. Paypal
is a very trusted and secure online payment system and is used,
worldwide, by millions of users. Once you have chosen an item
you will be directed through to Paypal. Then it’s a simple
prompted process to pay. Even if you are not signed up with Paypal
you can still use this easy and secure system with your credit
card.
7. Would you consider
Layby or Layaway?
Yes, we do. We require a non-refundable 20% deposit then full
payment within 8 weeks of purchase.
8. Do you accept
returns?
Our aim is for you be 100% happy with your purchase. If you find
that the item was not as we described then please send it back
to us for a full refund of the purchase price. However, we will
not refund any shipping expenses so please choose wisely.
9. Will my details be
given to a third party?
Absolutely not. We regard personal information as private. Your
personal information will go no further than Our Shabby Cottage. |
