Matryoshka and Kokeshi dolls are exremely popular worldwide
and I love collecting the wooden versions. However, I am no
woodworker so my versions are, of course, made from beautiful
quilt weight fabrics. I use pretty trims (often vintage) and
beads to finish them off. I also handpaint the faces, and print
them onto fabric, so they are unique to Our Shabby Cottage.
Also new to the range are the Bella Dolls.
